All about black fungus

Black fungus or mucormycosis is a fungal infection which is triggered by coronavirus.

It is ubiquitous and found in soil and air and even in nose and mucus of healthy people๐Ÿ‘ค {Dr.Nair }

People catch mucormycosis by coming in contact with the fungal spores in the environment.

It is detected among patients who are recovering or have recovered from COVID-19.

The following conditions in COVID-19 patients increase the risk of mucormycosis:

(I) Uncontrolled Diabetes
(II) Weakening of immune system d/t use of steroids. (III) Prolonged ICU. (IV) Co- morbidities/post- organ transplant/ cancer

You must take care of your diet and must have a look on what are you eating. It must include perfect amount of proteins,fat,carbohydrates,vitamins,minerals,etc. In short u must have a ๐›๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ ๐๐ข๐ž๐ญ. Must includes fruits in your daily meal which is gud for ur skin as well as for ur health. You should’nt have food which have so much of fat in it, nd must have a light meal in night.

Doing exercise regularly decrease the risk of heart problems,osteoporosis,diabetes,colon cancer,diabetes,obesity and many more can be cured.
